This package is ideal for teams looking to step away from the traditional indoor corporate look. We often recommend it for client-focused businesses that want to show their people are flexible, approachable, and active professionals who meet clients where they are, not just behind a desk. Special note: Because the shoot takes place outdoors, it’s sensitive to weather, so sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of rain. Seasonal changes also add a subtle character to the images—some team members may be photographed in summer outfits, others in winter layers, creating a natural and authentic reflection of the moment. Minimum Team Size: The session is designed for teams of four or more. For smaller teams, the package is still billed at the four-person minimum to cover setup, lighting, and production time. In these cases, we recommend a wardrobe change to create variety and make the most of the session, giving you more than one strong look from the shoot. Is this package suitable for just one person? Absolutely. It works beautifully for individual sessions as well. With time for multiple outfit changes, the shoot becomes a chance to create a varied, well-rounded set of headshots. We’re always happy to offer guidance on what to wear, and if the shooting location is a little far from the office, we’ll plan in advance where wardrobe changes can take place to keep the session smooth and relaxed. Background Options: Outdoor portraits can be captured in a park, on city streets, or anywhere that reflects your team’s character. We’re also happy to recommend locations that provide striking backdrops, such as glass-fronted buildings, stylish urban settings, or thoughtfully designed public spaces, giving the portraits a polished, editorial feel while keeping the focus on your team. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up lighting and ensure the shoot runs smoothly. Even outdoors, we use studio lightingto keep every portrait bright, polished, and perfectly balanced. Travel & Parking: A travel fee applies for locations more than 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne city center. We kindly ask that any parking fees be covered by the client.
