This package is designed for companies that are well established in their industry and ready to reinforce their expert position while elevating their brand. These portraits go beyond standard headshots, with mid-to-half-body framing that includes arms, creating a relaxed, natural, and confident presence. Minimum Team Size: The session is designed for teams of four or more. For smaller teams, the package is still billed at the four-person minimum to cover setup, lighting, and production time. In these cases, we recommend a wardrobe change to create variety and make the most of the session, giving you more than one strong look from the shoot. Is this package suitable for just one person? Absolutely. It works beautifully for individual sessions as well. With time for multiple outfit changes, the shoot becomes a chance to create a varied, well-rounded set of headshots. We’re always happy to offer guidance on what to wear, so each look feels intentional and effortless. Shoot Details: We spend around 20 minutes with each person to achieve natural, comfortable posing. The longer session allows for subtle editorial direction, ensuring the portraits feel confident, approachable, and authentic. Background Options: Portraits can be taken on white, light grey, dark grey, or black backgrounds, as well as in interior settings, adding context and personality to the team photos. If your office features a coloured wall or an interesting interior, we’re happy to use it as a backdrop, giving the images extra character. A consistent lighting setup ensures the series remains visually cohesive from start to finish. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up lighting and ensure the shoot runs smoothly. A meeting room with a well-considered interior works best, giving space for natural direction and comfortable movement. Travel & Parking: A travel fee applies for locations more than 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne city center. We kindly ask that any parking fees be covered by the client.
