This package is designed for companies seeking professional portraits that go beyond standard team headshots. We will create refined and polished images to elevate a website, brochure, or corporate communications. From the very first phone call, our process begins. We will meet in person to explore your goals, the image you wish to project, and the story each photo should tell. Location Options: I’ll come to the company office to meet with your marketing team and discuss the goals of the shoot. Most companies prefer to use their own office, which works beautifully, but sometimes I may suggest hiring a stylish meeting room in a coworking space if we want something a bit more special. Every choice is made with your company story in mind, helping to elevate the way you communicate with clients and bringing your brand to the next level. Wardrobe & Preparation: We recommend having a variety of outfits, especially if you’re planning to capture different stories for different pages of your website. This ensures that the portraits feel fresh and dynamic, rather than looking like everyone was photographed in the same clothes on the same day. We’ll help select the best outfits for the team members who will be photographed. For an elevated, polished result, we can also recommend a professional makeup artist and stylist to prepare your team like movie stars. While this adds to the cost, it guarantees portraits that are perfectly styled, cohesive, and ready to impress—helping your company story shine at its very best. Shoot Details: This session typically lasts around four hours. Within a couple of days after the shoot, you’ll receive all images in low resolution, unretouched, ready to share on social media. As the final result, you will receive 16 fully retouched high-resolution images with exclusive rights, with retouching usually completed within a week after you’ve selected which images to refine. Want a few more polished shots? Additional retouched images are available if you’d like to expand your set. We arrive at the time agreed upon in advance, ensuring a smooth start to the session. Travel & Parking: A travel fee applies for locations more than 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne city center. Any parking fees at the location are kindly covered by the client.
