Service Description

This package focuses on clean, professional portraits that place your team front and center - highlighting confidence, approachability, and genuine character.  Minimum Team Size: The session is designed for teams of six or more. For smaller teams, the package is still billed at the six-person minimum to cover setup, lighting, and production time. In these cases, we recommend a wardrobe change to create variety and make the most of the session, giving you more than one strong look from the shoot.  Is this package suitable for just one person? Absolutely. It works beautifully for individual sessions as well. With time for multiple outfit changes, the shoot becomes a chance to create a varied, well-rounded set of headshots. We’re always happy to offer guidance on what to wear, so each look feels intentional and effortless. Shoot Details: We spend around 10 minutes with each person, capturing 10–25 variations by gently guiding posture, angles, and expression, turning slightly left or right, smiling or staying neutral, to find what works best for each individual. Every team member receives a selection of 10–25 unretouched images to choose from before the final retouch. The package includes one polished, fully retouched final image per person, though there’s always the option to choose additional images for retouch if you want more than one perfect shot. Background Options: Portraits are photographed on a clean white, light grey, dark grey, or black background. Once selected, the same background is used for all team members to maintain visual consistency. The framing stays mid-torso up, with focus on the face and expression. If your office features a coloured wall, we’re happy to use it as a backdrop to add character and context to the images. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up lighting and ensure the shoot runs smoothly. For best results, we recommend a separate room at least 4 meters wide. A meeting room works perfectly, allowing space for relaxed direction and natural expressions.  Travel & Parking: A travel fee applies for locations more than 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne city center.
